In our initial assessment, we'll take the time to understand your current concerns and get a comprehensive look at your medical and psychiatric history, as well as your treatment goals. We’ll explore a range of options, from medication and psychotherapy to lifestyle adjustments. By discussing aspects such as past treatments, family history, childhood experiences, work life, substance use, current medications and supplements, sleep patterns, daily stressors, and social background, we’ll collaborate to create a personalized treatment plan that’s just right for you.
