We’ll explore a range of options, from medication and psychotherapy to lifestyle adjustments. By discussing aspects such as past treatments, family history, childhood experiences, work life, substance use, current medications and supplements, sleep patterns, daily stressors, and social background, we’ll collaborate to create a personalized treatment plan that’s just right for you.

During our standard follow-up appointments, we will review any updates in your life, discuss your symptoms and medications, revisit your treatment goals, and create a plan to enhance your well-being. Brief psychotherapy and lifestyle adjustment discussions will be included as needed. We can also address any psychiatric medication refills.
