I am proud to be a Minnesota native and a graduate of The College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University (CSBSJU). After completing my studies, I commissioned as a Medical Service Corps Officer in the United States Army, where I served for over eleven years. During that time, I earned a Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from the University of Nebraska Medical Center's Interservice Physician Assistant Program.
With seven years of experience as an Army Physician Assistant, I focused on managing the mental and physical health of Service Members. I worked closely with counselors, therapists, clinical psychologists, and psychiatrists to provide thorough care for conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and sleep disorders. Additionally, I hold a Master Psychopharmacology Program Certificate from the Neuroscience Education Institute (NEI) and am a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM).

Physician Assistants (PA), sometimes referred to as Physician Associates, are trained using a physician-based medical model, which enables us to offer a wide range of mental health services. PAs are authorized to diagnose, prescribe, and manage therapy, including both prescription and over-the-counter medications, as well as controlled substances. They adhere to the same standards of care, quality measures, and credentialing requirements as physicians. Working alongside physicians and other members of the care team, PAs help ensure the highest standard of patient care.
